Fitment & Compatibility
Q: How do I know if the exhaust fits my vehicle?
A: Please send us your year, make, model, and engine size.
A rear bumper photo is optional but helpful.
As long as the information you provide is correct, the exhaust will 100% fit your vehicle.
Q: Do your products fit OEM mounting points?
A: Yes. All our systems are designed with 1:1 factory mounting points, ensuring perfect OEM-style bolt-on fitment.
We still recommend confirming with us before ordering to avoid any misunderstandings.
Q: Do I need to modify my bumper or diffuser?
A: In almost all cases, no modification is required.
Only vehicles that already have aftermarket bumpers/diffusers may require additional confirmation.
If anything special is needed, we will notify you before shipping.
Ordering & Returns
Q: Can I order even if I’m not 100% sure about fitment?
A: Yes. As long as you provide the correct year, make, model, and engine size, the exhaust will 100% fit your vehicle. If you are unsure, you can send us this information first and we will confirm fitment for you before you order, so there is no need to worry.
Q: Can I order even if I’m not fully sure about fitment?
A: Yes. If your vehicle information is accurate, then the exhaust will absolutely fit.
We highly recommend confirming with us first for peace of mind.
Q: Can I return my exhaust after installation?
A: Installed products cannot be returned.
Payment & Cancellations
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify, including card payments.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, cancellations are allowed before the order ships,
but a $150 deposit fee will be deducted to cover processing and handling.
Exhaust Sound & Performance
Q: What’s the difference between your exhaust and the OEM system?
A: The difference is very large.
A full Cat-back system is the most effective way to improve exhaust sound—
every vehicle will have a dramatic change in tone and volume.
Only cars equipped with factory straight-pipe performance exhaust
(such as certain Porsche 911 models) may notice a smaller difference.
Valved System & Cat-back Exhaust
Q: How does the exhaust valve system work?
A: Our exhausts include a remote control valve system.
You simply press OPEN or CLOSE on the remote to switch between quiet and performance modes.
Q: What’s the difference between your exhaust and the stock/OEM exhaust?
A: The difference is very big. A full catback system is the most effective part for changing exhaust sound — it makes the sound much louder, deeper, and more aggressive than stock. All vehicles will have a huge change in tone and volume after installing a catback system,
unless your car already has a factory straight-through performance exhaust without mufflers (for example, certain Porsche 911 models).
Installation
Q: Does installation require cutting or welding?
A: No. Our systems are 100% bolt-on.
No cutting or welding is required.
Q: Do I need a professional shop to install the exhaust?
A: Yes, installation should be done by a qualified muffler/exhaust shop.
Since our systems are bolt-on, most shops can install them without any issues.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
• Air shipping: approximately 2–3 weeks
• Sea shipping: approximately 5–6 weeks
Shipping time may vary slightly due to customs clearance, international logistics, or global transportation delays.
Warranty & Support
Q: Do your exhaust systems come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All systems include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
Q: What is not covered under warranty?
A: Damage from improper installation, racing/track use, collisions, scraping, or aftermarket modifications is not covered.
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?
A: Contact us with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and vehicle information.
