NT Auto Performance provides international shipping for all aftermarket exhaust systems and automotive components. All orders are processed with care to ensure safe delivery and timely arrival. The shipping timelines below represent typical delivery expectations; however, they may vary due to factors outside of our control.


Shipping Methods — Estimated Delivery Times

NT Auto Performance offers both air freight and sea freight options:

Air Freight Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days

  • Ideal for customers who prefer faster delivery

  • Tracking information provided once the shipment is dispatched

Sea Freight Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks

  • Most cost-effective shipping method

  • Suitable for larger or heavier exhaust components

Please note that these timelines are estimates. Minor variations are normal due to international logistics conditions.


Possible Shipping Delays — External Factors

International shipments may occasionally experience delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Global transportation congestion

  • International customs clearance delays

  • Changes in air or sea cargo capacity

  • Weather-related disruptions affecting carriers

  • Operational delays during peak holiday seasons

  • Geopolitical or international trade fluctuations

These factors may extend the estimated delivery windows. NT Auto Performance will assist with tracking and communication, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before being transferred to the freight forwarder.

  • Customized or made-to-order exhaust systems may require additional handling time prior to shipment.

Customers will receive confirmation once the order has been successfully shipped.


Shipment Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once the freight carrier updates the shipment information. Tracking activation may take 24–72 hours depending on carrier processing times.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing components, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos are required for carrier investigation and replacement processing.

NT Auto Performance is not responsible for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect delivery addresses submitted by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs or freight carriers


Refused or Returned Shipments

Shipments refused at the time of delivery or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect addresses, or customer refusal will incur additional fees. Return shipping costs and any carrier surcharges will be deducted from the refund amount.
