Product Fitment

All products are designed based on standard OEM specifications.

Customers must confirm correct vehicle details before ordering, including:

  • Rear diffuser compatibility (if applicable)

NT Auto Performance is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete vehicle information.

Installation Requirements

All exhaust systems must be installed by a certified mechanic or professional exhaust shop. Proper installation is required for:

  • Warranty eligibility

  • Correct valve operation

  • Safe and secure fitment

  • Long-term durability

Incorrect installation, forced fitment, welding errors, tuning issues, or any form of modification voids warranty and liability.

Shipping & Delivery

Warranty & Returns

  • Racing, dyno, off-road, or commercial use

A valid claim requires proof of purchase and clear photo/video evidence.

Aftermarket Use & Legal Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with all applicable laws.

  • Tickets or fines

  • Emissions inspection failures

  • Legal penalties resulting from modified exhaust systems

Limitation of Liability

NT Auto Performance is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle downtime or loss of use

  • Damage to surrounding vehicle components

  • Electrical or engine issues unrelated to a proven manufacturing defect

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the product.

Payments & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • All payment information is accurate and authorized

  • Chargebacks without valid reason may result in investigation or legal action

  • Fraudulent orders will be reported to the appropriate authorities
