Return & Refund Policy
NT Auto Performance exhaust systems are custom-sourced, made-to-order automotive products. Because each exhaust is confirmed for fitment before shipment, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.
NT Auto Performance does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped.
This policy ensures accurate fitment, prevents misuse, and allows us to maintain competitive pricing for all customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipping; however, a non-refundable $150 processing and logistics fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
All exhaust systems, mid-pipes, downpipes, valved systems, and accessories are non-returnable due to:
• Custom fitment confirmation
• International manufacturing and shipping processes
• Compatibility verification prior to purchase
• Safety and performance considerations
Opened, installed, modified, or test-fitted items are strictly non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, NT Auto Performance will assist under the Warranty Policy.
Customers must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Shipping box photos (inside & outside)
• Vehicle information
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement parts or a full unit replacement, depending on the situation.
Important Notes
• Sound preference, noise level, or tone differences are not valid reasons for return.
• Incorrect installation, misuse, collision damage, scraping, or modifications are not covered.
• Shipping fees, customs fees, and installation labor are non-refundable.
