Warranty Policy

NT Auto Performance is committed to providing high-quality aftermarket exhaust systems engineered for proper fitment and reliable performance. All products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment. The following warranty policy applies to all exhaust systems purchased directly from NT Auto Performance.

Warranty Coverage — Year Limited Warranty

NT Auto Performance warrants that its exhaust systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.


This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Structural weld failures

  • Valve motor/actuator defects (for valved exhaust systems)

  • Premature corrosion not caused by environmental or chemical exposure

This warranty applies only to the vehicle on which the product was originally installed and only under normal operating conditions.

Exclusions — What Is Not Covered

This warranty shall be considered void if the product has been:

  • Installed on an incorrect vehicle or used with incompatible components

  • Installed improperly, including incorrect mounting, welding, or forced fitment

  • Modified, cut, altered, repainted, or otherwise changed from its original form

  • Used for competition, racing, dyno testing, off-road abuse, or commercial/fleet operation

  • Damaged as a result of collision, impact, scraping, or road debris

  • Subjected to heat wrap, external coatings, or chemical exposure

  • Affected by engine malfunction, tuning issues, or aftermarket modifications

 

Additionally, the following are not covered:

  • Normal heat discoloration or cosmetic surface changes

  • Installation labor, shop fees, shipping costs, or any parts required for re-installation

  • Noise characteristics or changes in exhaust tone

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
  • Clear photographs or video showing the defect
  • Vehicle information (make, model, year, engine)
  • The original defective product, if a return is required

Replacement units will only be issued once the defective product has been received and inspected. Replacement products will be supplied with the same part number as originally purchased.

Warranty Limitations

No other warranties, expressed or implied—including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are provided beyond what is stated herein.

NT Auto Performance shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle downtime, loss of use, or inconvenience

  • Consequential or incidental damages arising from product failure

  • Engine, electrical, or mechanical issues not directly caused by a verified manufacturing defect

Warranty rights may vary depending on applicable local or federal laws.
